lyrics
Parting Through -Craig Werth
I hope this travels o’er the sea,
to the broken rocks, the resilient trees,
to the wiley owl, and the water birds,
to the chapel where lost words were heard,
on the torrent tide, in a moment’s calm,
to the shifting shoal, and the waiting arms.
I hope this travels o’er the waves,
to the ready nest, and the steady graves,
through the raging storm, and the warm inside,
over furling grass, with a feathered glide,
on the brazen breeze, parting through,
to the artful eye, at the heart of you.
